Everything you need to know to set up and use AutoSync.
When installing the app, you start out on the free plan. On this plan, you can use the buttons on the Out of sync tab to manually resolve inventory discrepancies between Shopify and Square. If you’d like the app to automatically take care of updating each platform when you make a sale or add new stock, you can turn on the auto-sync feature by clicking the Enable auto-sync button in the top right corner of the app’s dashboard. To be able to activate the auto-sync, you first need to resolve all current inventory differences between Shopify and Square using the buttons on the Out of sync tab so that the auto-sync is able to start off with a clean baseline.
The auto-sync feature is priced at $49/mo. There is a free 3-day trial during which you can test the auto-sync feature. Please note that you need to actively cancel the trial by clicking on My Account -> Manage Subscription -> Select this plan (Free Forever) if you don’t want to continue using the auto-sync feature after the trial is over.
Please note that turning off the auto-sync from the main dashboard does not automatically cancel your subscription - it is meant to temporarily pause the auto-sync. To cancel your subscription, please click on My Account -> Manage Subscription -> Select this plan (Free Forever).
